We adopted a kitten from Claws n Paws. They recommended Surf City Pet and we couldn't be happier! Friendly staff. Did a great job on fixing the cat. And then we had an issue with her eye yesterday, they got us right in!! Handled fast. And the cost did not break the bank (unlike some other local vets) with 4 pets, I really appreciate that!! We will transition all our animals here.

The post-operative care instructions were very clear, ensuring we knew how to provide the best care for our pet during the recovery period. Overall Dr.Sally.T.Gindi and her team genuinely care about the well being of animals and are dedicated to providing the best possible care. Amazing 🍀. Lovely dr. Sallie Gindi in Surf City pet hospital saved us. I other vet clinic in Costa Mesa we were left after more expensive visits and 800 dollars tests without any real advice and left googling and researching myself, was left hopeless. Dr. Sallie Gindi after sitting on the floor next to my 14,5 old cocker spaniel and just petting her lovingly for a good while explained me her situation, gave a medicine, followed through with phone calls adjusting the medication as we went and after previous weeks of suffering and pressure to put my dog down; now we have a sweet old dog lady, who walks long walks daily, is gratefully looking into our eyes and does not wonder hours in fast circles or neither is collapsing. Dr. Sallie Gundi is first dr. I met who showed so much affection and love and really took time with my dog to observe, ask questions and connected. And she was right with all she said. Thank you Dr. Gindi for saving my precious baby's life. ❤️

Dr Gindi and her staff are awesome!.They are the most compassionate,caring, competent veterinary hospital in North OC . I went to a few others before I found these guys and felt a disconnect. Some places dont even let you go back with your pet.. this place feels the opposite and leaves you feeling as if they truly care about your fur baby and I had a say and choices in my babies last days and her hospice care. They even have personalized cremation /memorial options.. as hard as it was dealing with losing her, the care is stellar in comparison to other experiences..and I am thankful to have found them ..they are just great !...and great people. All my pets go here👍 ❤️‍🔥🐩

My beautiful Summer died due to the incompetence, greed and gross negligence of Sally Gindi. Please do not bring your beloved pet here for any reason. Sally is purely after your money and has no regards for the animals she treats. This is so difficult to write but I want to warn others. Sally recommended surgery to remove a small lump. I expressed all my concerns due to her underlying health conditions and I was assured it would be fine. After the surgery I voiced my concerns on and she dismissed them all as being normal after surgery. My little girl passed the day after.when we called Sally she said it was a coincidence and it had nothing to do with the surgery. She proceeded to tell us that we did not express any concerns or warn her of the side effects, which we clearly did. She was very clear in protecting herself and blaming us. She even said the surgery only went ahead because we had told her that Summer had cancer before. We did not! Because she did not have cancer. The blame game was strong with her and she took no responsibility, The risks should have been weighed up. But she is greedy for money and extremely negligent. My little girl had years of love left to give. She was my soul and I am so broken. This could have been completely prevented. She also recommended dental cleaning for our other baby. Thankfully we got a second opinion and were advised against it due to her existing health conditions. The new Dr also discovered a heart murmur which Sally completely missed having examined her only a few weeks prior. I echo the review left by Claire regarding. Her beloved Lily, in the hope sharing this review serves as a cautionary tale for others seeking veterinary care and underscores the importance of thorough research before entrusting a veterinarian with the well-being of their beloved pets.

Dr Gindi at Surf City Pet Hospital has been the best veterinarian ever. She is very personable. Takes her time and answers any questions you may have. Prices are excellent. Staff is great.
